Samsung Opens a New Experience Store in Nairobi CBD

Samsung has opened a new Experience Store at Hilton Hotel in the Nairobi CBD. The new Samsung flagship smartphones, the Galaxy Fold 6 and Galaxy Flip 6 were also showcased at the grand opening of this store. The store is operated by ROPEM Telcom.

“The Hilton Nairobi store is the first Experience store opened by Samsung this year, making it the 21st experience store in Kenya. This strategic expansion underscores Samsung’s dedication to providing Kenyan consumers with unparalleled access to the latest technological advancements. We believe in providing our customers with access to the latest technology, and this new store will serve as a hub for innovation, education, and exceptional customer service.” said Anthony Hutia, Head of the Mobile Experience Division Samsung Electronics East Africa

ROPEM Telcom Managing Director, James added, “The new store, owned by ROPEM, is designed to offer an immersive and interactive environment where customers can explore Samsung’s range of products, exclusively available at this location. From smartphones and tablets to wearables, the store features the latest in Samsung’s innovative technology. We will also have expert staff on hand to provide guidance and assistance, ensuring customers make informed choices when purchasing Samsung phones or looking to repair them. Together, we aim to create an unparalleled shopping experience that meets the evolving needs of our customers.”

In addition to a comprehensive product display, the store will provide various customer services, including access to Samsung products and customer support.
