Showmax Pro has been streaming live sports for a couple of years so this is not necessarily something new. It is a much better alternative for those who are not willing or able to pay for DStv to access SuperSport. Showmax is accessible on mobile, smart TVs and through a web browser.

There are two Showmax Pro packages, the standard one available on all devices (smartphones, smart TVs, laptops etc) and Showmax Pro mobile available on smartphones and tablets. As for prices, here they are:

  • Showmax Pro – Ksh 2,100 per month
  • Showmax Pro Mobile – Ksh 1,050 per month

The season opener features reigning champions Manchester City facing off against newly promoted Burnley. Adding to the intrigue is Burnley’s new manager, legendary ex-Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany, promising an exhilarating clash between two football powerhouses.

Arsenal, last season’s runners-up, has made a significant acquisition by signing West Ham captain Declan Rice for a record-breaking £100 million. Arsenal’s journey starts as they take on Nottingham Forest, setting the tone for their season.

Manchester United kicks off the first Monday night football match by going head-to-head with Wolves.

A standout fixture of the weekend is the match between Chelsea and Liverpool. Both teams are seeking redemption after a disappointing previous season, making this encounter a battle for dominance in the league.

Newcastle United, last season’s surprise package, faces Aston Villa, setting the stage for an intriguing showdown that could shape the trajectory of their respective seasons.
