Airtel Kenya has today launched its newest product – Airtel Premier. This new product offers unique postpaid plans for calls, SMS, and data that cater to micro, small and medium enterprises, startup entities, individual and corporates. The product is called “My plan, Chaguo Langu”, and it comes with different Premier calling and data plans that suit the needs of the customers.
One of the key features of Airtel Premier is that it offers 100% more data and 150% more minutes than the current offers available in the market. The product has three distinct packages – “Bonga Zaidi” for those who need to make more calls, “Browse Ukibonga” for people who need a good balance of call talk time and data, and “Browse Zaidi” for heavy data users.
Another unique feature of Airtel Premier is that subscribers will enjoy FREE Airtel to Airtel calls even after they have exhausted the allocated ALL-Network minutes. This is a great advantage for those who need to communicate regularly with friends and colleagues who are also Airtel subscribers.
Airtel Premier also allows for the rollover of minutes, data, and SMS when customers renew their subscription with the same plan within ten days of expiry. This means that customers will not lose any unused resources if they renew their subscription on time.
To enroll in Airtel Premier “Chaguo Langu”, customers can visit any Airtel shop countrywide or dial *100# to find a shop near them. After enrollment, customers can subscribe to their desired plan based on their budget and communication needs by dialing *544#.
Airtel Premier “Chaguo Langu” plans are available at different prices, and customers can choose the one that suits their needs the best. The plans start at Ksh 999, and they offer different amounts of calling minutes, SMS, and data. The highest plan is priced at Ksh 4,999, and it offers 3,000 minutes, 3,000 SMS, and 75GB of data. In case customers exhaust their resources before the end of the subscription period, they can purchase data or voice booster packs starting from Ksh 200.
