Here is What We Know About the Soon to Be Launched Tecno Camon 20 Series

Tecno camon 19 pro camera

Tecno is all set to launch its upcoming Camon 20 series. Recently, the series got listed on the Google Play Console, revealing some of the basic specifications of the upcoming models. The Camon 20 series is set to launch in Kenya later this month as the successor to the Camon 19 from last year.

The Tecno Camon 20 will be available in three variants, the standard Camon 20 and two Camon 20 Pro variants.

Starting with the standard model, the Tecno Camon 20 (model number TECNO-CK6) features a single punch-hole flat display that supports Full-HD+ resolution (1080*2400p) and 480 DPI screen density. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 13 OS and is equipped with 8GB of RAM. The device is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G85 chipset, which is the same chipset used in its predecessor model. The Helio G85 chipset is based on a 12nm manufacturing process. Using this processor is not inspiring at all and may work against Tecno considering the fact that this will be one of their main smartphones in 2023.

Tecno Camon 20 Pro

Next up is the Camon 20 Pro, which comes in two variants. The first variant (model number TECNO-CK6n) has the exact same specifications as the standard model. However, the second variant (model number TECNO-CK7n) features the Helio G99 chipset from MediaTek. This chipset is based on a 6nm manufacturing process along with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

Although there is minimal information available about the upcoming Tecno Camon 20 series, the Google Play Console listing hints that the launch is not far away. It is expected that the new series will come with upgraded features and technologies, such as better camera performance, battery life, and overall design. All Camon 20 smartphones will come with Android 13 out of the box.

I will share more information on this phone as soo as I get it.
