The Huawei Nova 5T has finally been unveiled in Kenya. Huawei introduced this phone to the market today announcing that it will be available in retail stores for Ksh 42,000. The phone is now available on pre-order up until January 31. Those who pre-order this phone will get a free pair of the Huawei Band 4, the company’s smart band.

The Huawei Nova 5T is not a new phone though, it has been available in other markets since late last year and only now is it launching in Kenya.

This is the first Nova series phone by Huawei to launch in Kenya. The company says this series is all about innovation, chic and dynamic offerings. This is a true mid-range series and should be competing with the Vivo V17 Pro and Oppo Reno2 F. It is a tough market to crack but Huawei is confident it can succeed.

The Huawei Nova 5T comes with a very modern and stylish design but that is not the only thing that stands out about it. Under the hood it is powered by the Kirin 980 processor, the same processor we see on the company’s flagship devices. This should offer top of the line performance at a fraction of the price.

Below are some of the key Huawei Nova 5T specifications.
