Huawei has been a big selling point for the media in the past six months ever since the U.S. ban kicked in. The Chinese tech company has tried to fight back, releasing reports now and then on every milestone they conquer in their smartphone business.
The company has gone as far as releasing its quarterly results, something that, unlike other publicly traded companies, they are not entitled to. “We are doing fine.” You get the point.
The latest revelation was posted on Weibo, from the company’s official EMUI account. The company says Android 10 based EMUI has already been installed on over 50 million devices globally.
Huawei has updated several phones under their portfolio this month, and they have even released an official rollout timeline for the underserved markets this week.
EMUI 10 was introduced on August 9, and the company started rolling out updates towards the end of 2019, beginning with the home market China.
