Xiaomi is set to open its third Mi Home store in Kenya this weekend. The other two were opened this year with one at the Hub in Karen and the other one in Nairobi CBD along Moi Avenue. The Mi Home store at Sarit Centre will officially be open to the public on December 21st as from 9 am. The store will be at the Ground floor next to Java.
Just like the other two Mi Home stores, the one at Sarit Centre will stock a variety of Xiaomi products and not just smartphones. You will be able to get items such as smart home products, electric toothbrushes, laptop bags, smart suitcases among others. Xiaomi has a ton of products in its line-up and most of these will be available the store.
The Mi Home concept is not a new thing globally but it is to Kenya. Even though Xiaomi has primarily been an internet first brand, opening physical stores can help the company reach more customers who shop for their products offline. This is especially true for its other smart products apart from smartphones.

Discounts and Deals
There will be 90% discount on the Xiaomi Super Pens and Rainbow batteries. Those who spend more than Ksh 1,000 will unlock a free box of Super Pens.
There will be 90% discount on select items during the launch and you should make your way there to see the options and grab one for yourself.
For those who want Xiaomi smartphones, there will be deals on the Redmi 6 and Mi 8:
- The Redmi 6 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will be available for Ksh 9,999.
- The Xiaomi Mi 8 with 4GB RAM and 64GB of space will be available for Ksh 27,999 and you get a free Mi Band 3.
Raffles Every Couple of Hour
At the official opening of the store, there will be raffles every two hours starting from 11am. There will be three items to be won in every raffle. Below is a look at those:

Registration and Pre-orders
As I have mentioned above, you must register to attend the launch of this Mi Home Store. Registration can be done here. The first 100 people to register with their smartphone model will all get customized screen guards and back covers (Worth Kshs 999) for Kshs 9 bob only!
The first 200 People to get at the venue get Free Xmas hampers.
You can also pre-order some Xiaomi products before Saturday by paying Ksh 1,000 only. The Ksh 1,000 will be equivalent to 5000 during the launch. This means that you will end up paying Ksh 5,000 less for the product.
