After promising EMUI 10 stable update for the P30 and P30 Pro devices, Huawei has officially started rolling out the software. Initially, Huawei had pledged to provide an Android 10 OTA update for its 2019 P Series flagship devices by mid-November.
Although the rollout is only available on the Chinese models as per now, this is an indicator that the global versions of the P30 and P30 Pro are not far from getting a stable Android 10 update.
EMUI 10, based on Android 10, still brings all the technical privacy features that Google rolled out in the latest Android version. You also get other UI improvements, smart replies, the controversial gesture navigation buttons, popular system-wide dark mode, and more.
Taking a stab at the recently released EMUI 10 update roadmap, expect Android 10 for the Mate 20 Series, including Mate 20X, and the Mate 20 RS Porsche Design.
Also, Huawei’s Honor 20 Series will receive an Android 10 equivalent in the name of Magic UI 2.
