Apple’s streaming service, Apple TV+, has officially been launched as promised. The service went live as of November 1st. The cheapest Apple TV+ subscription bundle costs less than your regular Netflix subscription – at only $4.99.
At a glance, the price is a big save, yes, but you will miss out on too many TV shows. Cheap has turned out to be expensive for this case. As per now, only a handful of shows are available – nine to be specific.
Out of the nine are eight TV shows and one documentary. Titles available on Apple TV+ currently include;
- The Morning Show
- See
- For All Mankind
- Dickinson
- Helpsters
- Peanuts
- Ghostwriter
- The Elephant Queen
- Oprah’s Book Club
With the seven-day free trial period, I’m sure those who love binging TV shows seriously would have already finished the whole catalog.
Apple is also planning to launch two more titles before the year closes – “Servant” (November 28th), Truth Be Told (December 6th). Other titles coming include “Little America,” and movies “Hala” and “The Banker,” with no solid release date yet.
And of course, the ultimate plan for the company is to launch more Originals as they try to catch up with some biggie like Netflix, which has a massive catalog of original series and movies.
