Little Introduces LongHaul Shuttle Services Between Nairobi and Nakuru

Little shuttle

Little has announced the introduction of shuttle services between Nairobi and Nakuru. The company has had its shuttle service in Nairobi and it’s now expanding it to Nakuru. This came as a surprise to be honest as I was expecting Little to focus on expanding the availability of the shuttles in Nairobi before looking at other towns.

For the Nairobi to Nakuru Little shuttle service, there are 6 buses per day with the first one departing at 6 am. The subsequent busses will then depart every couple of hours at 8am, 10am, 12 noon, 2pm and the last one at 4pm. If you use this route on a regular basis, you have so many options unless you travel at night.

With the launch of this new route, Little has announced that all trips from today (Friday) to Sunday will be free. After that, you will be required to pay the full amount which is not know yet.

With this service, you will not be forced to go to the CBD just to get the shuttle, you can choose to have it pick you up along the way in Westlands, Limuru, Naivasha or even Gilgil. This is a flexible service compared to the different shuttle services we have on that route. Little has also announced that more routes will be added probably based on demand.

How to book a Little Shuttle between Nairobi and Nakuru

Why Nairobi to Nakuru

The Nairobi to Nakuru route is one of the busiest ones in the country. There are so many shuttles plying this route on a daily basis but they are not that flexible. You have to go to the CBD to book one and rarely will you get an opportunity to book a shuttle days before your trip. In some cases, you can but during the holiday season when demand is high, you have to book one a few minutes or hours before departing.

With Little shuttle, you will have the option of booking a shuttle in advance and can have it pick you up along the route at a location convenient for you. All I want to know right now is how much it will cost, I am a fan of these services offered by Little and even SWVL but their prices turn me off. I hope this will not be the case for this route.
