Apple Music User Base Crosses the 60 Million Mark

apple music

Apple Music is one of the many music streaming services available for music lovers. The service now has 60 million users, both paying subscribers and those using the free option. Apple Music has reached this milestone in the past four years and this is not that bad.

Apple Music is available on multiple platforms including Android and it does have some loyal fans on Google’s Mobile OS.

In April last year, Apple reported that Apple Music had 40 million subscribers and this means that the platform has added 20 million users in just over a year. This is quite good but still lags behind services such Spotify which has over 100 million paying subscribers. It’s total user base was at over 180 million in July 2018 and my guess is that it is now well over 200 million.

Apple Music is known for having a wide variety of music and is available in many different markets compared to other music streaming services. This has definitely helped the service expand its user base to different users in different countries.
