The Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 is the latest smartphone from the company to launch in Kenya. The phone is currently on pre-order but will be available in retail stores for Ksh 25,000. One of its key selling points is the pop-up selfie camera that eliminates the need of having a notch. The Y9 Prime 2019 is the first smartphone with a pop-up selfie camera that is available in Kenya for less than Ksh 27,000.
The other smartphone available in Kenya with a pop-up selfie is the OPPO F11 Pro that is available on Jumia for Ksh 40,000. There is also the cheaper OPPO F11 that does not have a pop up selfie camera and it is available for ksh 29,000.
