The Infinix Hot S3X is the latest smartphone from the company and apart from its weird name, it does come with a few upgraded specifications when compared to the Infinix S3 that we saw in the country recently.
The Infinix Hot S3X is the company’s first smartphone with a notch and they seem pretty happy about that. I still don’t get why some manufacturers are happy to have the notch as it is just a lame feature to have and you should not be proud of. Either way, the notch is here and there is nothing we can do about it except embrace it. All I hope is companies should stop acting as if it is a new feature that adds any value to anyone.
My notch rant aside, the Infinix Hot S3X looks like a merger between the Infinix S3 and the Note 5. Given how many devices the company has launched in Kenya the past 3 months, it will be interesting to see how this performs as the notch will not and should not be a unique selling point.
