As we get towards the end of the year, Samsung is working on a number of devices that it will be pushing to consumers in 2017. One such device is the Galaxy A7 (2016) that has already been certified by Federal Communications Commission in the United States. With this certification, we expect the phone to be launched in the next few weeks before the year ends.
We do not know much about this phone specs-wise but we expect it to borrow a few things from the Galaxy A7 2016. We have heard that it will have a 5.5 or 5.7-inch display that will have a Full HD resolution of 1080×1920 pixels.
Powering the Galaxy A7 2017 will be Samsung’s own 1.8GHz Exynos 7870 processor (octa-core) with 3GB of RAM. As for storage, it will have 32GB and 64GB options. Both of these can be expanded using MicroSD cards. For the camera, the A7 2017 will have a 16MP/16MP combination, this means you get a 16MP camera on the front and back.
The phone will have a 3500 mAh battery and is expected it come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
That is all we know about this phone at this point, we will know more in the coming weeks.
