If you own the Lenovo A7000 smartphone, you may be happy to know that Android Marshmallow update is now available for your device. This update also come with the Android security patch for March all bundled in one.
Android Marshmallow for the Lenovo A7000 comes out a few weeks after the company rolled it out to the Lenovo K3 Note. It is always a good thing to see manufacturers supporting their existing devices with the latest updates.
Lenovo is just one of the many manufacturers updating their older devices to Android Marshmallow. Others include Sony, LG, Samsung, OnePlus, Huawei and even BlackBerry has plans to update the Priv.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow for the Lenovo A7000 is about 1.3GB in size (you need 2GB of space) and the company will be rolling all this over the air. This means that you will need a reliable Wi-Fi connection and some patience as it will take time before you get it on your device.
You can check if the update is ready for your device by heading to the settings menu on your phone.
