The Galaxy A-series from Samsung consists of mid-range devices that the company has been trying to push to its users for awhile.  Samsung has not refreshed this lineup and most devices in the Galaxy A family have been around for more than 6 months which is a very long time for the company. Samsung is known for releasing new devices every so often and this is one of the things that have helped the company stay in top.

With the old devices out of the way, Samsung is planning to update its lineup anytime soon. We have information that the company already has the successors for the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7, both these devices have been on the market for a while.

Even the first photos of these devices have leaked online showing us what Samsung has planned as we go to 2016. These devices have the premium design we have come to appreciate from Samsung with flat panel back covers and polished metallic edges. They look absolutely beautiful as you might have expected from a mid range device.

With these devices, Samsung is said to have moved the speakers to the bottom to give them a more refined look. Besides what I have mentioned, nothing much has changed with these devices except for the little things from the photos I have seen so far. Of course we will know more about these changes as we get closer to the launch date.

As for the front part, the Galaxy A7’s successor seems to have a 2.5D front glass which is an upgrade. The Galaxy A5’s successor will not come with this display.

For availability, nothing is known at this time but we may be seeing these devices probably at CES 2016 (January) or Mobile World Congress in March 2016. We will confirm and inform you on this when we get more information.
