We now have information that HTC will be unveiling the One A9 during this event. HTC is already teasing this phone and just posted a 15 seconds video as it tries to draw attention to it. Since there is no major manufacturer announcing a new device during this period, HTC will have all attention to itself and this might help with sales as we head to the holiday season.
The teased video confirms that the HTC phone will be under the “One” series. One series devices including the HTC One M8 and One M9 are some of the most talked about flagship devices in terms of design and power.
The HTC One A9 is expected to have a 5 inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920. This translates to the pixel density of 441ppi. The phone will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor combined with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage space.
For the camera, the HTC One A9 will have a 13MP one at the back with a 4MP Ultrapixel one at the front. It will also have a fingerprint scanner and will come with Android 6.0 preinstalled. It will have a 2150mAh battery which am not sure will be enough for most people.
Keep it here to be informed when the phone is officially launched.
