Two days ago, Google officially unveiled the new Nexus devices, the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P. As Google was announcing these devices, it also revealed that it will be rolling out Android 6.0 update to existing Nexus devices from next week.

As Google is rolling out Android 6.0 Marshmallow to existing Nexus devices, other smartphone manufacturers will be rolling out the update to their devices. HTC is one such manufacturer that is keen to get its devices updated as soon as possible.
HTC has released a list of its smartphones that will be updated with Android Marshmallow. Some of its devices including the HTC One M8 and HTC One M9 will get this update before the end of the year with the rest following thereafter.

As you can see from the tweet above, the devices that will be updated include the HTC One M9+, One E9+, One E9, One ME, One E8, One M8 Eye, HTC Butterfly 3, Desire 826, Desire 820, and Desire 816. The company has said that it will be adding other devices to the list and we will update you on that as we get the info.
