A few days ago, we told you about the upcoming mid-range devices from Xiaomi. This smartphone, known as the Xiaomi Mi 4c, has officially been launched and true to what we said, the phone comes with some premium specs you will likely find in high end smartphones.
The Xiaomi Mi 4c is heading directly to China with no information if the company will be unveiling it in other markets. It is retailing at $204 (approximately Ksh 22,000). When you see the specs the phone packs, then you will agree with me that this is a very good bargain that you should grab if you can.

As I have mentioned above, the Xiaomi Mi 4c has some decent specs for any smartphone within its price range. The phone has a 5 inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a 64-bit hexa-core snapdragon 808 processor with 2GB/3GB of RAM and either 16GB or 32GB of storage space.
At the back of the Xiaomi Mi 4c is a 13MP camera with a 5MP one at the front. The phone has a massive 3080 mAh battery and it supports quick charging. One of the new features included in this phone is a USB Type-C port with a reversible design.
Like all the other devices from Xiaomi, the phone is running on the company’s MIUI 6 OS. It is available in white, grey, pink, yellow and blue.
