Competition in the smartphone market keeps getting tough and this pushes manufacturers to be innovative and include unique features and specs in their devices. This is very good for us consumers as we are able to enjoy the best mobile experience without spending so much on new smartphones.
ZTE knows this all too well and that is why the company is rushing to be the first smartphone manufacturer to include Force Touch in its devices. ZTE plans to include Force Touch in its soon to be released smartphone, the ZTE Axon Mini.
Being the first manufacturer to include force touch will definitely help ZTE command some respect in the smartphone space. ZTE has not had much success globally with its smartphones and this is the feature that might just help with growth.
The ZTE Axon Mini will be launched in September and probably available for purchase a few days later. It will be available in silver, gold, orange and pink. Not much is known about this phone spec-wise but all we know is that it will have a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with force touch capabilities. We will know more about this smartphone as the days go by.
