A few days after it was revealed that the first Tizen powered smartphone from Samsung, the Samsung Z1,  was successful, the company is working on its successor which it will unveil anytime from now. The successor, referred to as the Samsung Z3 is one of the many Tizen powered Smartphones Samsung plans to bring into the market before the end of the year.

Some of the specs the Samsung Z3 will pack have already leaked and it looks like something I would want to get. To start with, it has a 5 inch HD Super AMOLED screen with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor underneath. These may not be premium specs but if you know by now, Samsung is not aiming at the top end market with its Tizen powered Smartphones just yet.

Samsung is also believed to be adding 1.5GB of RAM to the Z3 coupled with 8GB of internal storage. At the back there will be an 8MP camera with autofocus and LED flash while at the front the Samsung Z3 will have a 5MP camera. The smartphone will be powered by a 2600 mAh and will have dual SIM card slots.

Samsung is banking on the success of the Z1 as it prepares tom launch the Z3 among other Tizen powered Smartphones. It will be interesting to see how this smartphone is received considering that Tizen is still a young ecosystem with no enough apps to make it complete.

The Samsung Z3 is expected as from the end of this month.
