Airtel Opens Up a New Airtel Shop in Embu As It Seeks to Bring Its Services Directly to Users

Airtel Kenya has opened a new Airtel shop in Embu town. This is part of the company’s aggressive expansion and upgrade plan of its customer service centres in order to enhance convenience of reach of a wide range of mobile solutions and service for its customers countrywide.

In a statement, Airtel Kenya CEO said that the opening of the new shop in Embu town is informed by the company’s commitment to increase access to its telecommunications products and services to all Kenyans.

“We are pleased to open our doors to more customers in Embu and assure them that they will continue to experience and enjoy our consistent quality of service.  The expansion of our retail footprint is a major component of ongoing initiatives to improve customer experience on our network,” said Mr. El Youssefi.

The new shop is expected to provide a wide range of products such as modems and the latest handsets models and data devices at attractive prices and all sold with warranty. The shop is also expected to offer end-to-end service support for Airtel Money, post-paid and prepaid services, Airtel data settings, bill payments and airtime .

As part of the celebration of unveiling the shop, Airtel customers will enjoy discounts on various handsets and will get access to all of Airtel’s new range of products and services including choose your number.

In the last six months, the company has opened six additional new outlets in Nyeri, Kisumu, Mombasa, Eldoret, Greenspan Mall in Donholm and Thika Road Mall (TRM) in its quest to take services closer to its customers.

All Airtel shops open from 8am to 6pm  From Monday to Saturday, whilst those found in malls are opened  on 8 am to 9pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 7pm on Sundays.
